Towershare Pakistan

A 6 month long project to ensure people and system readiness for the  biggest acquisition in Pakistan, making the company the biggest independent telecommunications tower operator in a South Asian nation. FullCircle Consulting helped Towershare design their organisation structure post acquisition, defined job descriptions and conducted job evaluations to determine pay grades. A complete compensation survey was conducted to determine competitive pay structures to design a brand new compensation strategy for the organization. Assessment strategy was designed to evaluate candidates for their new roles and FullCircle Consulting also conducted the evaluations to determine leadership position holders. A new policy manual was also designed for the organisation in addition to the new cultural vision for the company.

CCL Pharmaceuticals 

CCL Pharmaceuticals changed the organization design for their HR Division to the HR Service Delivery Model. To ensure their employees fully understand the value of this model and are able to take full advantage of this way of working, they partnered with FullCircle Consulting to design a bespoke program for their entire HR Division on HR Service Delivery Model.

This workshop was designed and conducted by Samar Khosa, CEO & Lead Consultant. 

​

The program consisted of the Dave Ulrich philosophy, different operating models of HR and their benefits and disadvantages to an organization. Explanation of each job in the model and how they can make best use of their role. The session was engaging, informative and kept the audience captured till the end of the program.

AXIS Law Chambers

First of it's kind HR systems implementation in a law firm in Pakistan!

FullCircle Consulting, in consultation with the partners at Axis Law Chambers, designed a structured organization design for the firm, determining each job and it's description and then conducting a job evaluation to determine hierarchy in the company. 

​

A bespoke performance management system was also designed for the firm, keeping in mind the erratic and unpredicatable nature of work in this industry and ensuring this results in developmental plans for every employee.

​

A structured succession planning and career planning tool was designed and implemented for the company to ensure employee progression, moving away from the traditional Pakistani law firm nature of growth, and giving employees the opportunity to grow into future partners of the firm.

Nishat Chunian Ltd.

FullCircle Consulting was engaged by Nishat Chunian Ltd. to assess their current organizational structure, conduct an audit of jobs and efficiency and propose a solution to enhance productivity and re-organization of the structure.

​

Based on the requirements, new organizational designs were proposed for various departments, with their new jobs and their descriptions.

​

Post the streamlining of workforce, a performance management system was designed for the organization, including philosophy, design, grievance handling mechanism, policy documents and performance improvement plan for non performers.
