FullCircle Consulting was founded in January 2017 by Samar Khosa.
Our vision is to “deliver results that enable organisations to become more engaging, productive and profitable”.
We want to help organisations, large and small, to establish and troubleshoot all their essential talent management, development, acquisition and retention related needs. Our primary role is to assist you to identify needs, develop an action plan and facilitate change to enhance your success.

With over a decade of HR experience, Samar has worked in some of the leading companies in Pakistan, in industries ranging from chemicals, FMCG and banking and has held some of the key strategic HR positions, contributing tremendously to the people agenda of each of these companies.

Samar is a graduate of King's College London with a degree in Business Management, with a concentration on organizational behaviour. And with her brings extensive experience in the areas of organizational design, management and development.
